Wilhuff Tarkin was a Human Grand Moff in the Imperial fleet. He was the reason that the planet Ghorman was subjugated by the Empire.
Tarkin established his Tarkin Doctrine in the Outer Rim. He was also responsible for creating the Eye of Palpatine and sent it to the planet of Belsavis, to kill the Jedi there.
He was the commanding officer during the Battle of Kamino and also served during the Battle of Toola.
On the planet Wayland, he and Gilad Pellaeon killed the renegade Jedi, Nathaniel Kenobi's wife Abigaile Jade.
