The Vulkan Templar Order was an order of Force Sensitives that inhabited the planet Sol'Mund, in the sacred land of Temvorand.
They came to be when the Vulkan became disappointed in Darth Sidious and Darth Vader, and would thus escape with his Vulkan Platoon to start his own order when he decides the Sith weren't worth the trouble.
Later they would fight the Galactic Empire in the Galactic Civil War as the most powerful military force on the side of the Rebel Alliance, being lightsaber wielding force-sensitives.
Later, after the collapse of the empire then they would be a major militaristic and religious faction in the New Republic, coexisting with Luke Skywalker's Jedi. However, this coexistence had been shaky from the start, for numerous reasons, with only a few reasons to coexist.
This shifty coexistence would only be endangered even more when it would be discovered that Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa Solo were the children of the infamous Darth Vader, who Ignan Volcovo hated with a passion for "Stealing" his position.
Later, volcovo would be interested in joining the First Order, but would be turned off when he found out that they were being led by Leia's son, Ben Solo, who was apparently trying to imitate vader, which angered the vulkan deeply, and so he would oppose the pretenders directly, joining into the Republic's war against them.
They practiced the ancient art of lightsaber combat and dueling, and would be one of, if not The largest collectors of Holocrons in the galaxy, and some of the best artisans on their planet.
