The Verdant-class battleship was a design of Battleship build in coordination between Mon Calamari Shipyards and Rendili StarDrive with designers from Corellian Engineering Corporation, it was a limited production Warship that was primarily used by the Revanche and the organization's Revanche Battle Group, the Imperial Remnant also helped to modify and added their experimental Resistor Technology in secret.
Design[]
The Verdant-class battleship was specialized to heavy combat against the Yuuzhan Vong threat and centred around carrying a larger number of powerful Assault Starfighters to counter the flexible Coralskippers piloted by the Yuuzhan Vong, many within the New Republic noted that the design of the ship was almost exactly to the Valor-class cruiser that was in Republic service three-and-a-half thousand years ago.

Like its ancestor, the Verdant-class had a bulbous center section, with primary gun batteries covering the front, sides and stern, seven thrusters located on a ventral tower and a command tower on the dorsal side. Lining the sides of each ship were several hangars. In addition, at least one hangar was located on the dorsal hull, facing the "valley" in the middle of the craft. The Capital Ship followed the Old Republic colour scheme with red stripes on white hulls, although post-Yuuzhan Vong War ships changed their red strips colour scheme to Black.
