Its simple to start an article on Star Wars Wiki. How would you do that here? I want to make an article on a planet I made up and when I typed it into search and pressed go it didn't allow me to create a new article. Is there another way?

Yes. Until I figure out how to do that, you must edit a page that already exists, put a link that is the name of the page you want to create and press SHOW PREVIEW. Click on the link in the preview and create your page.

You can also search for a word close to the name of an article. When you get there, you can click on the red word and create the article. --MaulYoda 16:29, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

My page was just vandalized by a user by the name of Fuckface. I suggest you ban him permanetly or ban his IP so he can't vandalize anyone anymore. He also vandalized several other pages. MaulYoda

    • Vandals? I don't think there were any vandals back than. The first vandals I know of that hit here was WoW using the accounts. Specifically, SWFanon on Wheels.

Wow. It is a good thing that we didn't get vandals back then, especially the type we have now. They would have attacked here like they did on all those other wikis today.

In the early days of the vandal wars, response time, was very slow. However, it improved to where it is now. Back then, a vandal attack would probably have lasted days. And an ISV attack, without the page move rule (new users can't move more than two pages a day), would have been horrible for this site.

I never knew there was a move rule, though that does explain a lot. When did they make that, after the Crumb attack? Bub 02:19, 29 July 2006 (UTC)

I think after the Day of the Four Vandals. Crumb 9 would have probably attacked that night too, but with all the admins, and the rule in place, he waited until his account could move pages. Same with ASDFASDF.

Hello. I am the creator of the Star Wars: Exodus Visual Encyclopedia o'er next door. One of your users, Master Nikoce, has deliberately copied and pasted entire articles from our Wikia site to this one. This has caused quite the ruckuss with us, as we have worked hard into making these articles and the stories behind them, and then someone such as him just downright steals them and brings them over here. Our copyrights policy for our Wikia explicity states: "Any Exodus-related material that fills the purpose of this Wiki must remain within this Wiki, unless the creator of the material gives explicit permission for it to be used outside of the Exodus community." It's not just one or two of our articles, but numerous ones. Because I'm sure you don't wish to go hunting for them all on your own, I will list them, and their originating source, for you:

(You may just copy-paste the artcile entry, you'll find the article titles are the exact same over at our Wikia.) Please instruct this user on violation of copyrights. I have talked to him earlier about this, as you will see in his user talk page, and you can very easily notice that he was not cooperative at all.
