[edit] Why Can't I Make a Good Book Cover!?

So a while back, I attempted to make a book cover for my fan novel, Imperial Treachery. What ended up being conceived was this monstrosity of jumbled pictures that looked nothing in common. You've got a photograph, a poorly edited picture, and a poorly cut cartoon, all on an ugly background of a jungle with the words "Star Wars" on the top. Ugh.

Look at it boys and girls, because that's what failure looks like.

First off this is fanon. Why the hell do I have to go with canon? I take it that I can't make Master Chief and Johnson fight Brutes on the first Halo? Or Cortana battling 343 Guilty Spark in cyberspace? Oh, and good job with want, you didn't need an "'".

No one is allowed to do whatever they want. So I have to follow rules? This isn't trying to make my story canon, hell I would seriously not want that. Canon could kiss my ass. Again with the want misspelling.
