Tyler Moore was born in Texas and moved around the nation much of his childhood. With an interest in Astronomy, politics and military history, Moore was self-educated most of his life, he now attends Roane State College in a transfer program to a private university where he plans to pursue an Doctorate degree in International Business. His GPA is currently 3.98 on a 4.0 scale.

Moore has been a vocal critic of government in general. He is a member of the Libertarian Party, yet refers to himself as an anarchocapitalist. He has criticized the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Homeland Security as "fascist" entities on his blog, which is now watched on a weekly basis by the Department of Justice and the IRS.

GenOochy often plays a race of caterpillar like creatures known as Wolatarians, and usually fills his out-of-character post with equations and critiques of the Star Wars universe and violations of the rudimentary laws of physics. He champions matter and physical projectiles over blasters, and spends long post explaining the actual effects of high-yield thermonuclear detonations in intra and extaratmospheric conditions, as opposed to the writings of canon authors. His post are also highly detailed and technical, creating complaints by other members of the games he participates in.
