Tulu was a male Aroo he was Vice Chancellor of the Galactic Republic and best friend of Teriben Hadsok.
Tulu joined the team that boarded the Supreme Chancellor's skyhook when it was occupied by Yodatine during the 14th Battle of Coruscant in 781 BBY. There, Tulu was slain by Darth Sarait. Hadsok avenged him by eating Sarait's master, Yodatine.
