Summary[]

Wolnil Christoph invites his three friends to his mansion to celebrate the end of the year. During the course of the party, one of his guests pushes him off the second floor. As he falls to his death, he tries to figure out which of the guests was the perpetrator.

He thinks of past events, mainly the death of loved ones, to rule out who didn't kill him. Each of his guests knew a secret of his, as he trusted each and every one of them. His childhood friend, Rey Alus knew that he killed his dog due to Wolnil's distaste for his own pet. His former lover, Ailed knew that Christoph had killed his fiance in order to marry Ailed. Christoph and his sister killed their parents in order to keep their inheritance. They had all agreed to keep his secrets and he had no qualms with any of his guests.

Before he is able to solve the mystery, he falls to the ground but does not die. His three guest walk over and see he is still alive. During his last moments alive, they explain all their reasons for wanting him dead. In the end, his sister tells him that it was she who had actually pushed him off, though.
