Tey Roon was a Kel Dor from the planet Dorin. He was the second leader of the Vaskar, given the position from Skyu Lon, the creator. He quickly changed the organization, dealing with Hutts for weapons, selling spice, slaves and placing bounties on people's heads. He was eventually killed by Skyu, the Force completely removed from his body.
