Talvo, was a Devaronian male, who was conscripted into the Mandalorian Neo-Crusader army, and eventually became a loyal Rally Master.
He was captured during the Second Battle of Dxun, when Republic troops led by Meetra Surik took control of the Neo-Crusader encampment he was in charge of. After a brief struggle and a distasteful exchange of words, he was knocked unconscious by Corporal Arien Yael and he landed in a puddle of wet mud, and drowned.
