[edit] Behaviour
- Be civil and nice to other people: If you can't figure this out, you don't belong here.
- Assume good faith: A new user isn't necessarily a vandal.
- Don't be a pain: Generally, a good discussion will achieve the best results.
- No personal attacks: That includes usage of bad words against users and/or insulting the quality of their fanon.
- No clone/sockpuppet accounts: You are not allowed to have the same username as someone else as that adds confusion. If you do, that account will be banned and have its name changed.
- No vandalism: If you vandalize, you will find yourself banned.
- No racism: Racist comments and usernames will not be tolerated. They are just as bad, if not worse, than vandalism.
- Do not use other people's creations or edit them without permission: You cannot use something someone else has created without asking them first. That goes for fanon about canonical characters as well. You can also not name one of your characters the same as somone else's character unless it's a completely different person who just happens to have the same name.
- Don't disrupt the Wiki to make a point: Do not disrupt the Wiki because you disagree with most of the community. Don't vandalize because you lose a vote. Don't prove rules won't work by breaking them. Don't exploit loopholes in the rules.
- Three Revert Rule: Don't make more than three reverts to others' articles or community pages within one day without asking, unless it has been clearly vandalized. You may, of course, revert your own articles.

- If you want to make test edits, please use the Sandbox.
- Pornographic material is forbidden. Insertion of such material could result in a ban.
- Supershadow fanon is accepted, no one will try to kill you with a lightsaber here.
- You don't need to cite your sources.
- Feel free to upload images. They will be uploaded under the fair-use policy.
- Before modifying something that isn't yours, ask the creator.
- Abusive sockpuppets are not allowed.

[edit] Signing your comments
It is important to sign your comments, in order to maintain some order during conversations. To sign, write four tildes (~~~~). This will produce your name and a timestamp.
It is also possible to customize your signature: you need to go to "preferences", select "raw signature", and write the proper code into the the "nickname" box. When you sign, your signature will be customized.

- Vote-stacking is not allowed (you can't vote with more than one account)
- You may not vote for yourself in any election, although you may vote for your own nominations in good article and featured article nominations, as well as Quote of the Week voting.
[edit] Some helpful hints
- If you think an article needs to be improved or spell-checked, write {{CleanUp}} at the top of the page you think needs improvement. You can also edit the mistakes yourself; spell-checking is generally accepted.
If you want to welcome someone, write {{Hello}} on the user's talk page.
- You can sign your name on talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date.
