[edit] Preface
The Galaxy is divided. As the Republic falls, its might being crushed under the boot of those who betrayed it, the Empire rises, the harsh regime that springs up with it enforcing strict rules and laws upon the regular denizens of the Galaxy. The Jedi are all but vanquished, their righteous might banished to the far corners of the Galaxy, the Empire hunting them down. Whilst the Empire struggles to quell the uprisings and revolts across the galaxy in the wake of the Republic's defeat, the Galaxy struggles all the more, writhing in the fist that seeks to clench it between its iron fingers. Various crime and pirate groups seek to cut themselves a chunk of profit in the turmoil that follows, the Republic and Empire being of no real difference in their eyes. One of these such Pirates is Sasha Vitarr, the pirate out for vengeance, who shall embark upon a quest for a mantra that has been lost for thousands of years...
