The Secret Empire, was an organization ruled by Darth Sidious.

[edit] Hiding

In this universe, the Skywalkers never existed. Many Galactic events happened differently because of this. Such as the Battle of Naboo, since the group never met the Skywalkers, they were stuck on Tatooine, and C-3PO never existed. The Battle of Geonosis happened, but the Confederacy won the battle. And the Republic was defeated, instead of vica versa.

"We shall go into hiding, where we can build a massive military. We shall win back the Galaxy!" Darth Sidious, and his followers, going into hiding.

And as such, the Confederacy won Clone Wars. Then Sidious went underground to build an Empire he envisioned. Many generals followed him into hiding. Then he was forgotten about, making it easier to build a massive military.

They took along many companies as well, such as Arakyd Industries, Aratech Repulsor Company, Corellia StarDrive, Corellian Engineering Corporation, Cygnus Spaceworks, and Damorian Corporation, Gallofree Yards Inc., Incom Corporation, and, Koensayr, Kuat Drive Yards, Mandal Motors, and Rendili Stardrive, Republic Engineering, Republic Fleet Systems, and Sienar Fleet Systems, Subro Corporation, and, Uulsho Manufacturing, all of them went down into hiding. They all began working on starships. All the companies began making as much as they could, and with being in hiding, they didn't need credits, giving them more time to build.

The first sign of real progress was from a smaller company, Rendili Star Drive, an entire fleet of Dreadnaught Heavy Cruisers, and Victory Class Star Destroyers, which Kuat Drive Yards backed up with the Eclipse. In all that fleet had five hundred vessels. This fleet many commanders thought was going to be put into the front lines very soon, but the Sith lord wanted to be able to take on the Rebellion, and Confederacy, so the company's kept on working. The next big revolution came from Siener Fleet Systems, the TIE industry came into business, with many types of fighters, which you can look at on the TIE page.

They also captured many civilians, such as Ackbar, Gaeriel Captison, Tycho Celchu, Chebacca, Callista, Lando Calrissian, Dengar, Count Dooku, Greedo, Kyle Katarn, Owen Lars, Nien Nunb, Ric Oli'e, Dash Rendar, Mara Jade, and Bria Tharen. They did this because they seemed like the people to join the Rebellion-and they were ralling symbols. They were all put in one huge cell. But the cell was over three miles long, on a planet that was an entire prison.

"Hey, everybody, listen to my idea I've thought about for escaping.", Dengar, in his fit on insanity, telling everybody about plans for escaping.

One of them, Dengar had an idea, that would free every single one. But, he was crazy, and this was his idea: First, Gaberial Captison would distract the guards. Then, Kyle Katarn, Dash Rendar, and Mara Jade would fight the guards, while Count Dooku, with his lightsaber, would cut a hole threw the wall, so the rest could escape. This showed Darth Sidious that he needed new guards. So, he thought about making droid troopers, because wounds would not even affect them.

After months of planning, the Arc Hammer, was ready for action. 0n that station, the Imperial Droids were created, such as ASN-121 Assassin Droid, Basilisk War Droid, Dark Trooper, RA-7 Protocol Droid, DD-13 Galactic Chopper, FX Medical Droid Assistant, Viper Probot, Homing Droid, Human Replica Droid, Hunter Killer Droid, Imperial Mark IV, IT-o Interrogator, Mouse Droid, and, Z-X3 Droid Trooper. All of these made a huge movement on the Bulk of the Empire.

Within twenty five years a total of five million capitol starships, and uncountable others. The military was finally ready to go out of hiding. But by then the Rebellion had shrunk, into nearly a quarter of the original size. That disappointed the Lord of the Sith, who wanted a fight.

Despite the Rebellion's size, they Empire came out of hiding. They attacked the Confederacy first.

On Dagobah, the Empire pretended to be fighting for the newly emerging sentient species, Kloins, Yoda's type of species. First, the Confederacy sent in the Great Heep, a giant robot, at least fifty five feet tall, and forty feet wide, seventy feet long. The Dark troopers, and Z-X3's attacked the Great Heep, but were defeated and put inside the the Great Heep, and the machine's factories started working. They were being made into the enemy. Then a squad of TIE Defenders attacked, firing all their missiles at the Machine. With the Heep destroyed, the Imperial troops thought they had won a swift victory. They were wrong. More Con' troops came and fought. The Pollux Assassin Droids came and fought the TIE Defenders, and other Droid Troops.After at least a week of fighting, the Empire won the Battle of Dagobah. But as usual, they lied. Instead of keeping their promise, they enslaved the Kloins, and allowed Slave traders to buy the Kloins.

But then the Yuuzhan Vong invaded. All four sides had to choose: stay by them sides and dy in war, or join with another organization. The Rebellion and Confederacy joined sides, creating the Confederacy of Free Planets. The two other sides were powerful enough to fight solo, they so powerful. The end of the war marked a new government. The Foundation of Aliens reigned for years.
