Scotah Nakoyr was a female Mandalorian mechanic who ran a small speeder repair and upgrading shop on Keldabe, Mandalore, next to the smithy of her husband, the armorsmith Altair Jiriad.
She had one child with Altair, a girl called Zoja, but years before Zoja's birth they had adopted the boy Skira from deceased clan members. Originally, Scotah had been one of the few members left of Clan Barec in Shirok, her hometown, but when she moved to Keldabe, she married into Clan Sateda, where her husband belonged to.
Ronan Barec was her second cousin.
