Moff Ryba was the Imperial governor in place on Zuni, responsible for both running the planetary government and commanding the military. A notorious philanderer, he was eventually killed by his wife, Lija. The death of their leader demoralized the Imperial forces, and brought about the Rebel victory in the Battle of Zuni.
