Revan was a Human male and Jedi Master. He turned to the dark side of the Force, but was redeemed years later by the Jedi, and defeated his former Sith apprentice, Darth Malak.

In the upcoming Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: Revelation, a fanfilm based on the first half of the 2003 video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Revan is portrayed by Zachary Quinto.[1] The creator of the film, Andrew Barton, decided to choose someone who looked completely different from any of the heads that could be chosen in the game for Revan, the main player, feeling that none of the heads should be more canon than others after seeing a miniature for the Jedi Exile. Barton also decided to not give the character a name for his search for the Star Forge, which was also customizable in the game.[2]
