During the Galactic Civil War, a Corellian organization known as Followers of Nyax believed that Darth Vader was a reincarnation of Lord Nyax.

In 14 ABY, a Dark Jedi named Tavion Axmis, attempted to reincarnated the ancient Sith Lord Marka Ragnos and almost succeeded, but was killed in battle by Jedi Apprentice, Jaden Karr.

In a unknown time Darth Plagueis reincarnated Darth Venamis after killing then experimenting on in a struggle to become immortal.
