Reiiyo was a female Rodian Jedi Master during the waning days of the Galactic Republic.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Reiiyo was born on Rodia, where she was found to be Force-sensitive and was taken to Coruscant to be trained.
Jedi training[]
Reiiyo spent some time in a youngling clan, before being selected by Ithorian Jedi Master Traeh Habat. She was very kind, caring, and similar to her master, and the two became close friends. Her healing skills were superb, much like her master, and yet was fierce with a lightsaber.
Eventually, Reiiyo managed to complete her training, and she was promoted to Jedi Knight.
Jedi Knight[]
After becoming a Knight, Reiiyo halted on taking a Padawan for a time. She spent lots of time in the Temple, instructing younglings and other Jedi on healing. After a few years of teaching, Reiiyo took on her first Padawan, a young Human boy, Flint Yugo.
Flint Yugo[]
Yugo exceeded at healing much like her Master, but had surprising difficulty with a lightsaber. Reiiyo, a powerful Shien user, attempted to teach him to use it, but she could not teach him. Troubled, Reiiyo asked Master Cin Drallig to instruct Flint in the skills of lightsaber combat. It took some time, but the great lightsaber master finally succeeded in teaching Yugo Soresu.
