Following the Second Correllian Insurrection Cal Omas, Chief of State for the Galactic Alliance, issued the first of his Presidential Orders.
Presidential Order 0001/A simply stated the following;

By the order of the Chief of State, Senator Cal Omas, commander-in-chief of the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances.
From the declaration of this order forth, any Chief of State for the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances; or any of its successor governments, can not be forcibly removed from power if the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances is involved, or participating in armed conflict, even if the then-current Chief of State is approaching the end of their presidential term.
Any attempt to forcibly remove the then-current Chief of State will be constituted and act-of-war or treason.
This order would secure Cal Omas' position as Chief of State of the Galactic Alliance up until his death during the Sith Crusade.
The only other known Presidential Orders are Presidential Order 0114/F and Presidential Order 0139/D.
