The Ophuchi Mountains was a mountain range on Alderaan, which stood behind Aldera Palace. In a dream, Epin Lanmaw was told by a strange woman to meet her at the Ophuchi Mountains.[1]

The Ophuchi Mountains were created by Wayne Lipman III, one of the authors of the Alternative Star Wars Saga, as a homage to the work of fellow Alternative Saga author Brandon Rhea. The mountains took their name from the Order of the Jedi Bendu of the Ophuchi and the Ophuchi Clan, both created by Rhea.[2][3]
