The Sith are like an unstoppable virus. When it dies, it only becomes stronger. When it shrinks, it spreads to others. When there is a cure, the virus changes. We will rise and fall, but in the end, only Sith shall rule.
The One Sith Empire was first named the Pure Sith Empire. It was named this because they knew that more Sith Empires would rise, but only this new Empire would be pure. After the Sith Empire's defeat at the end of the Second Great Galactic War, Vitiate again led his people into hiding, this time on an small planet called Jizen Vitiate knew nothing about other then it's whereabouts. However, Vitiate's body was later consumed by his power, and with the inability to leave it because to Darth Nox's ritual, he died. With their leader dead, there became a long line of new Sith emperors, starting with Darth Marr. After Marr's death, the Empire moved back to Dromund Kaas under the rule of Darth Tenix soon after the Galactic Republic left the planet. One Sith ruler, Darth Rax, wanted to become as powerful as Vitiate, so he used a ritual on half of the New Imperial army. However, his power-hungered apprentice sucked the power from him, but was unable to control it and faced the same fate as Vitiate. Many years later, a newly made Sith went to Korriban and stuck down the new Sith Emperor, killed off the Dark Council, and remade the Empire. He let them to war, but falled. He later destoyed the Empire during Civil War. The only remnants of the Empire, was the the Sith rulers and their agents.

Government and politicsEdit
Long live the Emperor.
—Rynus Craze, Minister of War
In the Empire, the Emperor held total power, even though Ministers and Dark Council members held athority, their rule could be overruled by the Emperor if he pleases. The only thing he could not do was call out the his army to defend agenst a rival Sith, however this was not much of a problum with the One Sith Order. To insure his rule, he choses a loyal Sith to be Voice/Regent and head of the Dark Council. He also choses loyal Sith to become agent of his/her own, called Hands and an enforcer called the Fist (Formaly called the Emperor's Wrath). Being a Sith Empire, the Emperor must be a Dark Lord of the Sith. The Emperor also must have killed the last Emperor in one on one combat with both combater at full strength, however if he died of age, over-wellming power (in Vitiate's case), or an outside force (such as a Jedi), the Regent would take over. If they had no Regent or the Regent was killed, the most powerful Sith would take over. This way the Emperors would almost always get stronger.
Below the Emperor is a Council of Sith Lords. Lower still is a smaller Council of Imperial Ministers that report to the Dark Council as well as the Emperor himself. This is as far as we can go as non-Sith
—An imperial officer to a trooper under his command
The Councils are like overseers of the Emperor's will. Unlike the Emperor's agents (including the Voice/Regent), the members of both councils are given freedom to do things their own way of completing the Emperor's will. However, this freedom gives members of the Dark Council chances to complete their own desires (including taking over as Emperor), though not all do. The Council of Ministers gives NonSith more power in the Empire, however the Dark Council still has more power in the government. Because of this the Minister Council is usally give smaller tasks than the Dark Council. The Councils rule over everyone else in the Empire and there are not as many Ministers as Dark Councilors. Each member of the Dark Council controls a powerbase which are known as the Pyramids. Under the Pyramids are smaller Ministries which are controled by the Ministers. These Ministries support the Pyramids.
Minister of WarEdit
Dispite being a Minister, this position had nearly equal power to the Dark Council. This may be because the Empire was mostly focused on war and conquest. The Minister of War is seen by many as the unoffical leader of the Council of Ministers. The Minister of War shared many of the powers of Dark Council Members, for exsample, he, like the Dark Council, could create medals, make new positions (with the Emperor's aproval), and found a federal organizations. Unlike the other Ministers, the Minister of War and his/her Ministry of War was part of two pyramids.
You are part of the Bogan Confederation and a traitor! Kill him!
—The Grand Judge to a fomer Imperial officer.
The Judicial rule was made up of a Grand Court and smaller Imperial Courts. They enforced the imperial rule. The Grand court awnsered to the Emperor himself, while the imperial courts awnser to the Grand court. The Regent of the Sith had judicial power over the Sith and was to kill light and/or traitorus Sith.
The Chiss AscendancyEdit
Those blue heads, why do we side with them if they are a republic? "
"The Chiss were are allies before, and we like to keep them that way. Plus, the Emperor needs the Chiss's bureaucracy to ensure the his rule on new worlds.
—Grand Moff Ranon and Sontor Criel, Baron of Quesh
The Chiss Ascendancy were one of the first and most important allies of the Empire. They use the Chiss bureaucracy to help the Empire control many new worlds under their rule. While the Chiss remained independent of the Empire, many Chiss were integrated with the Imperial population, leading many to become Imperial agents, with some becoming Moffs or Grand Moffs. One has even became the Minister of Diplomacy for the Sith-Imperial Diplomatic Corps. With the Chiss in control of much of the Unknown Regions, the Empire had a major advantage in the first half of the One Sith War.
Grand Admirals and GeneralsEdit
Grand Admirals and Grand Generals were people with power over everyone in the Empire aside from the Councils and the Emperor. They were equaly ranked with Grand Moffs. These offices came from the earlier Sith Empire, as well as the Galactic Empire. The only way for Grand Admirals and Generals to become the Minister of War was to have knowledge on both Navy and Army tactics. The Minister of War also had to be dead, but only the Emperor could remove a Minister. If a power play was suspected, the Emperor could also suspend that office from an officer, so power plays were rare. The Grand Admirals and Generals could only be apounted by the Minister of War or the Emperor.
Imperial Governing BodyEdit
The Imperial Governing Body was group of Governors, Moffs and Grand Moffs that were the rulers of the Systems, Sectors, and Oversectors that were part of the Empire. Aside from the Emperor, the Councils, and the Grand Admirals and Generals, the Governing Body had the most power in the Empire. They took orders only from the Emperor, the Councils, and the Grand Commanders, aside from Grand Moffs, who took orders only from the Emperor and the Councils. Unlike Moffs and Grand Moffs, Governors did not have to have combat training, however they could not advance to Moff or Grand Moff unless having military training and exsperence. This was because Moffs and Grand Moffs were both military and politictical leaders.
White Eyes, you must realize that our very Empire was nearly compermised because of you let Alema Rar leave Korriban while knowing our existence! "
" But we weren't Minister. That is what is important, not what could of happened
—Overseer and White Eyes discussing why the latter let Alema Rar leave Korriban with a holocron.
Of all of the organizations used for Imperial domanece, the Intelligence Agency was by far the most efective. Some say even the Military was outmached by the cunning of this network of spies, operatives, and masterminds. This agency completed missions that the Military and the Diplomatic Corps could not.
Society and cultureEdit
Sith and non-SithEdit
How dare you. I'm an Imperial Moff, while you are only a Sith Lord"
"Yet this is a Sith Empire. In it, wouldn't the Sith rule.
—A Moff and a Sith Lord
Unlike the last Empire, a Sith does not outrank everyone else. However, a Sith apprentice trained to lead armys is allowed to outrank corporals. Sith Knights were in command of Commanders and anyone below them. Sith Lords outrank Generals/Admirals and lower. Darths are in command of Moffs,Grand Moffs, Grand Admirals, and Grand Generals. The Ministers were ruled by the Dark Council, but controled any Sith under the Dark Council Members. Higher ranking Sith could place their apprentice above military personnel under that high ranking Sith's command.
Freedom for all is a lie. Only few can earn it, while the other suffer at the hands of the powerful.
Slavery was a common amongst the Empire. They were made mostly of prisoners of war, people of conquered planets, or any foe of the Empire. They were used manly for mining, construction, and mass-production, however it wasn't uncommon for people to have house or ship slaves. In order to focus the slaves on working instead of focus on how hot it was (on planet such as Korriban), mines were pre-made by drill droids.
If you think you see a Jedi, do not kill him but capture him, for he may be an Imperial agent. If someone is comfirmed as a Jedi, you may capture or kill him. If you are unable to do either, contact a local Imperial defense force to handle it.
—Part of Darth Krayt's speach to the Imperial people on Jedi
Anti Jediism was highly common and inforced through out the Empire. Sometimes rewards were give to those who captured or killed an important Jedi. Sith prefered to have Jedi captured because they could be turned to the Dark side or have important information. Sometimes agents pretented to be Jedi just to see if anyone in the Empire admired them. Any imperial who was known to work with Jedi was to be shot on sight.
Humanism wasn't always in the Empire. It really depended on who was Emperor. Under Darth Krayt's rule, Humanism was allowed, but could not get in the way of someone becoming Imperial or Sith.
If the Empire is to become strong, we must make the military have the highest honor in the Empire
—Darth Marr, the first Emperor of the New Empire.
The Empire made any contribution to war highly honorable throughout the Empire.
Sith tattoos were worn by 75% of the Sith, however this was not a must, but simply a sign of honor and respect for the One Sith Order. They were mostly worn by those who were not Human, Rattataki, or Sith Pureblood.

Fundings and TaxingEdit
Not much besides a war effort was the Empire's funds given to. Some stuff included Sith Temples, roads and trasportation, and medicle works. New worlds were often highly taxed to paid for recontruction of imperial loss taking the planet.
While Galactic Credits were used (mainly for buying and selling to and from the outside galaxy) many imperials used Imperial Currency Chips. These chips were used to buy imperial products, which were thought to be in better quality by the imperial people due to the Outreach Bureau.
This military has been growing for more than two-thousand years. If you have any knowlege on good militarys, you may help us, but I say this army's ready.
—Rynus Craze to Darth Krayt
The Reformed Imperial miltary was based mostly off of the Imperial Army and Navy, but it was also made up of foreign armys and allies of the Empire. It was made mostly of Imperial soldiers and the Imperial Elite. Darth Krayt later added Cloned soldiers to the Imperial army.
This was the Military ranking for the Empire.

The Sith Empire started out with the planets that made up the Old Sith Empire, as well as it's new addition Jizen. In the early years, Moffs and Grand Moffs controled very few planets. As time went on and more worlds were concered, their influence exspanded.
