Lanever Villecham was a male Tarsunt politician who served as the new Chief of State of the Galactic Alliance during the start of the First Order war. Also affiliated with the Centrists, Laneever's goal was to make the Alliance as a non-corrupted government and make it the true government to restore peace to every world or system. He was a true believer in the peace initiatives of the Galactic Alliance and had carried out in improving a lot of trade relations with a number of systems that were part of the Alliance and neutral systems such as Mandalore. When the First Order emerged from the Unknown Regions, Lanever did not understand their true motive. Despite the insistence of the Confederation and the Jedi, Lanever did not consider the First Order as a threat and decided to open peace negotiations with the Supreme Leader known as Snoke. However, he was perished on Hosnian Prime when the planet, which served as his new capital of the Alliance, was destroyed by the superweapon of Starkiller Base that the Empire constructed long before it was established.
