Kolir was a male agent of Republic Intelligence during the New Sith Wars. After the codes to Gizer's defense grid were obtained by agents of the Sith Lord Valin Aresh, Kolir infiltrated Aresh's capital world, Ciutric IV, and stole them back. He was scheduled to rendezvous with the Jedi Knight Tirien Kal-Di on Ciutric IV, but was cornered and killed by dark side adepts So So Hokan and Taree Hyde before Kal-Di could get past Aresh's forces.
Shortly after Kolir's murder, Kal-Di discovered his body, tracked down Hokan and Hyde, killed them both, and recovered the datacard.
