Kerentus was a prophet of the Sacred Warriors. He was born on Kerentum. Kerentus was born in 158 BBY to unknown parents on a small outpost in Wild Space. He lived a normal life until 138 BBY, when he received a "vision". It is unknown what this vision told him. Kerentus turned this vision's contents into a religion. Most of the other people on the outpost refused to convert. Kerentus killed them. By the end of his life in 74 BBY, he had several thousand followers, called the Sacred Warriors. In 74 BBY, Kerentus received another vision, telling him that all followers must die at the age of 84. Kerentus promptly killed himself. The Sacred Warriors sacrificed to him, and the Warrior Cult of Kerentus deified him.
