Jamilla was the Queen of Naboo from 24 BBY to 19 BBY, succedding Nalanda in that role. After Nalanda's two terms as Queen finished, Jamilla asked her predecessor to serve as the representative in the Galactic Senate which Nalanda did not refuse. She reigned during the Secession Crisis and presided over Nalanda's funeral after her death.

Jamilla is a misspelling of the canonical Jamillia, from Attack of the Clones. The mistake was not realised until much later, but by then the name had stuck. Her hair is based on the wareshinobu hairstyle worn by apprentice geisha.
