The Infernal was one of the earliest Imperial II-class Star Destroyers and was fielded against the Rebel fleet under the command of the traitorous Moff Kalast during the Second Battle of Atzerri. It was destroyed in the battle by a Rebel strike force led by the Kaleesh Suleym naj Bi'Skar who infilitrated the ship and sabotaged it from the inside.
