The Imperator was an Imperial-class Star Destroyer used by the Galactic Empire. During the Galactic Civil War, it was part of the Imperial Navy and was stationed in the Outer Rim Territories. After the deaths of Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader over Endor, it was used by Moff Hirono Tavira to conquer several other sectors under the banner of the Second Imperium. The Imperator was used to defend the Death Star III that self proclaimed Empress Tavira was building. Shortly after Palpatine's final death, it was destroyed during the Battle of Death Star III.
