Grith Kaya Malliaa was the best friend of Garma Shiiik Trath. They have done many adventerous things as children. He was struken down in 520 ABY in a battle while imprisoned on Dagobah. Garma tries to avenge Grith for the rest of his life. Beta-1 gives him new life as a clone with the same DNA. He leads to the downfall of Beta-1 on Bespin.
