Gerlon Lanz was a Mandalorian Bounty hunter who was third-in-command of The Negotiators, having only Eridus Ordo and Jard Kalara higher than him. When he was very young, he suffered from a crash on Coruscant and he lost his left leg. He went to a hospital and got a cybernetic. He then worked for the Mandalorians and helped them through many of their wars. This brought the attention of Jard Kalara and he got Gerlon Lanz to work for him. Gerlon then left the Mandalorians and joined the Republic.

- Gerlon Lanz is the only person in The Negotiators group who ever worked for the Mandalorians.
- Gerlon's last name is Lanz because it is in honor of Greg Lanz.
