FRAX news was a programme on the Hilerium channel during the late days of the Galactic Republic. It was a parody of mainstream news providers, usually right-winging ones, and would often provide exaggerated conservative, or occasionally left-wing, views on current affairs. Hosted by comedian Herq Juyv, the programme was threatened by censorship during the Clone Wars, and by the rise of the Galactic Empire the programme was forced to go underground, surfacing years later under sponsorship by the Rebel Alliance. It became popular for its jabs at Palpatine and other Imperial high-rankers, and continued for years afterwards.
