Eloch was an Ithorian Jedi Master and revered as the Grand Master by the council and Jedi order during the time of the Sith Ronin Darth Rane's notoriety.
He preached peace for all living sentients, and was frequently rallying for a dissipation of all racial divide. Within his work it took him to worlds which had racist views upon other species, for instance the planet Taris before it's destruction at the hands of Darth Malak. This served Eloch well as he perceived matters with degrading haste in comparison to Jedi such as Obas Anjo and Lore Polis.
