Dictature War was the mentality what Altyr Dreanor used to clean the Galaxy from everyone dictature's enemies to get the dictature to rule the Galaxy. This war started from Order 88, what killed every Jedi and the enemy leaders. Then the war continued. The large army destroyed every resisting civilian and army soldiers. When this war was over, the Galaxy were in large disaster: There were no government and no rules. Crime level was high, but the army were everywhere, so it were hard to criminals to make reach destinations. The making of the Galactic Dictature Federation was a hard process, and it needed time. That's why it couldn't be made "quietly", like Palpatine formed his Empire. When the Dictature was completely formed, rules, but horrible and evil rules landed to the Galaxy. If Dreanor wouldn't made this war, the Dictature would be impossible to be formed.
