Darth Phoenix was an ancient Ssi-Ruu Sith Lord born in the early years of the Republic. While he always was known to be seen behind the scenes of his enemies' deaths, his true legacy of darkness came to fruition when he forged a rare Sith power he called Force Phoenix, an ability that gave its users almost godlike immortality. Sith Master Darth Echo learned of this power in 3,200 BBY. He trained this to his apprentices.
