Darth Letalis' Sith lightsaber was the primary weapon of Darth Letalis. It was engraved with ancient Sith markings and used a unique pale orange lightsaber focusing crystal to project its blade. It also used three other focusing crystals: a light orange crystal, a milky yellow crystal and—by the time of the Rebellion—a Kaiburr crystal shard. The Lightsabers are also used by all other Alternate Universe variants of Letalis, including Marcus Lai (TDS), Darth Letalis (TEES) and Darth Letalis (RotES).
Crystal capabilities[]
Darth Letalis required that his lightsabers had a number of lightsaber Crystals for many reasons, if not for their looks—since the color did not follow Sith lightsaber color doctrinaire—then he had them for the power they gave. The crystals they had included:
- "Crystal of Fallen Celestials" - an orange lightsaber crystal created with Sith alchemy by a descendant of fallen Celestial blood, Adriana Lai, who created this crystal shortly after Marcus Lai was born. This crystal was able to call upon the Force at extreme levels and in a way that lessened the chance of Force exhaustion from the draining of the user's Personal Force reservoir.
- "Sulphur Crystal" - The Sulphur Crystal was a large milky yellow crystal used as a Focusing Crystal in a Lightsaber, its real capabilities was through the absorbing of excess or extreme amounts of Force Energy (which could be kept in reserve or relegated when needed) and lowering the chance of its user "overloading" from exhausting their Personal Force reservoir.
- Kaiburr crystal shard - Was a Red Lightsaber Shard of the powerful and rare Kaiburr Crystal, it helped to draw massive energy from both the Lightside and Darkside, its powers were only limited from harming its user by the "Sulphur Crystal".
