Darth Lader killed his own men in a rage on board The Rebel Cruiser Upsilon IV after finding out his wife had been killed by a Imperial Star-Shooter. His rage ended when after the only things with life inside them were the 7 members of the famed Death Squad. His rage killed anything that moved including Star-Shooter Kommandant Krail Katyiu and Assault Corps Kaptain Katyu Ilaka. Lader resorted to the beach OXM-5432 on Itilliaam a Twi'lek planet of mainly women. After finding his dead wife's body he shot Sekonda Hyuyt, his wife's Twi'Lek girlfriend. An unknown Jedi Protector was the cause of his death.

Lader was a former Jedi Protector on the planet Corellia. During Order 66 he was visiting Coryuila 10 (his home planet) and was captured by a clone starkiller. He was rounded up with the remaining Protectors and became a Sith Protector. During this time his powers became noticed and Darth Vader trained him as an apprentice. He became notified to Rebel Intelligence after massacring the crew and passengers of Upsilon IV. The result was of course the protector being sent to kill him.
