Darth Incultus was the third Sith apprentice of Darth Vesanus. After their defeat at Coruscant, Incultus went into hiding. He blamed Darth Ximus and Darth Uzlagna for Vesanus' death and his own near death. He soon learned of Ximus' death, which pleased him, but after a few years, he began to search for Uzlagna who had escaped.
In 3,596 BBY, Incultus had tracked Uzlagna down to a small settlement on Dromund Kaas. He found the Sith's dwelling place, killed three Jedi that had been sleeping inside and waited for the Sith to return. Soon Uzlagna arrived, and the two dueled. Uzlagna disarmed Incultus, but the latter used the Force to drain the energy out of Uzlagna. He then crushed the Sith Lord inside his armor and left, taking Darth Uzlagna's holocron with him.
