Casso, also known as Lord Casso or Darth Casso, was the son of Marka Ragnos and an unnamed Human-Sith Hybrid. Casso was a time-traveller and had been sent forward in time by his sister to save his life when she had become the Entity of the Darkside, he had overshot his destination however and ended up in the far future witnessing the destruction of Abeloth and the Lost Tribe of the Sith, however the Entity of the Darkside had foreseen Vitiate's plan prior to getting captured by Darth Baras and drawn back in time almost a year prior to the Duel in the Death Star I Throne Room.
His appearance prior to 2 BBY sent ripples through the Force that caused Macero to stir in his trance and awakened his Force senses to the Galaxy outside of Umbra, then the death of Galen Marek shocked Macero awake during the shockwave through the Force, leading Casso to be an element in Macero's reawakening. Casso was the "Emperor's Deprivation" in the Royal Sith Knights.

Pre-Rebels within Rebels[]
Son of Ragnos[]
Casso was born seventeen years before the death of his father, Marka Ragnos, as such he was briefly tested and trained by Marka Ragnos and his secret successor: Vitiate. On the day of Marka Ragnos's funeral however two Sith Lords fought over his successive title while Vitiate had withdrawn back to his homeworld from public light, in that time his father's Spirit and his older sister conspired the best way to keep him safe knowing that the victorious Sith would either kill or enslave the boy and Ragnos had foreseen the destruction of his Empire by these Sith, talked through a Ritual that made his daughter the Entity of the Darkside who to save her brother used the Full power of the Darkside to open a rip in time through Shadow travelling displacing her brother and sending him forwards in time.
Personality and traits[]
Casso had a deep hatred for the Jedi thanks to his projection into the future, the Jedi had destroyed the Sith species and the Sith Orders making Casso the last of his kind in the Galaxy, Casso was then drawn back in time and lost his memories as a cost of this. This gave Casso an attempt at growing as a person despite his original hatred for the Jedi and the outcome: the future of the Sith, Casso became caring and was trained to use his negative emotions and anger while learning to control them too so that he only used them while necessary.
Palpatine saw the youth as a bit of a disappointment while training him as an Emperor's Hand due to the fact he couldn't generate enough Darkside energy or anger, once regaining his memories however Casso easily overpowered Palpatine and killed him, his memories feeding his anger and causing him to blaze like a star in the Darkside of the Force.
Physical Appearance[]
Like all born Human-Sith Hybrids, Casso had dark brown eyes and brown hair, his skin was tanned and his physique was powerful as he became a master swordsman under his master.
Equipment[]
Casso's Sith lightsaber[]
Casso was a unique combatant as he fought with a Lightsaber in his right hand as his primary weapon, similar to all Born Human-Sith Hybrids and unlike all of the Sith species, Casso usually wielded a more powerful weapon in his left hand however.
Casso's Sith Double-bladed lightsaber[]
Casso's secondary weapon was a Double-bladed lightsaber which he either wielded with both emitters activated or a single emitter, allowing him to fight with either two or even three blades, while the blades were exceptionally long the hand-guard was smaller making it easier for him to wield despite the long blades.
Powers and abilities[]
Casso was born exceptionally powerful in the Force with a massive Midi-chlorian count which caused people to desire the usage of his power, because of this his sister saw it wise to save his life from such an event by sending him forwards in time, although he lived briefly in a future that didn't exist and retained the memories of that time - this has actually enhanced him, his body has come to exist outside of time thereby no longer aging, nor risked by disease and immune to long-term bodily harm or changes by Darkside Corruption.

Basic Force-sensitive abilities[]
- Force-sensitive - Casso was described to be very Force-sensitive as he had a presence in the Force that could easily make Sith Apprentices move with caution, it was hinted that Casso due to his Human and Sith heritages had a very high midi-chlorian count even surpassing that of Yoda. While channelling the Darkside and all his anger, Casso burned like a star in the Darkside of the Force.
- Immortality - Casso's path to Immortality was actually far more unique than other known attempts or theories and it wasn't even attempted by his own hand, Casso was sent into the future but overshot his destination and lived for a brief time over forty years past his main destination in the future, due to his actions in the present that future no longer exists and makes Casso a being "outside of time" - being immune to age, disease and Darkside corruption.
- Telekinesis - Casso was extremely telekinetic, he could pin people against the wall with ease and shatter bones with his powerful grip in the Force,
- Telepathic - Although not trained well enough telepathically to break through mental shields, Casso had enough skill to make extremely powerful mental shields, Vitiate was the only one capable of breaking his defences except Macero who due to their Soulmate Bond makes him an open book. He was also strong enough to communicate with Macero from anywhere in the Galaxy.
Basic Dark side-aligned abilities[]
- Force travel - Casso could easily use the Dark side to teleport himself great distances across the galaxy with minimal negative effects, his strength in the dark side was so complete, that he easily use the variant of this ability: Shadow travelling.
- Shadow travelling - Casso could open dark side portals in shadowed locations, he would use this to transport a number of people and even vehicles through time and space, his master Macero describes it as powerful and fast but also extremely exhausting depending on the mass being transported.
- Force fear - Casso was easily capable of infiltrating another's mind and making them shudder with fear, he could easily expand his power into Force horror and Force insanity, driving enemies into a frenzy of fear and madness.
- Force lightning - Casso was capable at channelling his negative emotions into bolts of searing black Force lightning. Casso touched upon the Sith Inquisitor arts of Force Lightning including: Chain lightning which he used to attack more than one enemy at once, Force Shock which he used to stun his enemies to either capture or catch them off guard for the finishing blow, and Force Storm which he used to intensify his generation of Force lightning beyond the level which the human body can stand which eventually would cause his enemies to be electrocuted to death.
- Force rage - Casso was a master of Force Rage and easily used its powers to overwhelm his enemies, Casso interestingly enough could use it for extreme periods of time or sporadically, without much negative effects or exhaustion.
- Darkside Telekinesis - Casso was one of the most powerful Telekinetic Force sensitives recorded and the Darkside strengthened his power, he could easily perform all of those abilities: including Force wound where he could injure the internal organs of a person, Force grip to cause injury to an entire person with their Telekinetic grip, Force choke to choke enemies or remind subordinates of their place, Force crush which allows him to totally crush his enemy's body with the Force and Force Maelstrom which allowed him to beat upon the enemy with objects using a coordination of three Force powers: Protection bubble, Telekinesis and Force lightning.
- Mind control - Casso was a feared user of Mind control, he used it entirely to rape minds, usually to take information from people or to either erase information or just to cause pain.
- Spear of Midnight Black - In a location thick with the Darkside, Casso was easily capable of creating a spear made entirely of Darkside energy before throwing it at his enemies.
Universal Force abilities[]
- Protection bubble - Casso could easily create a protective sphere around his body, to defend from attacks.
- Battle Meditation - Casso was a Master of Battle Meditation, particularly Sith Battle Meditation, which he used to crush his enemies with ease in confrontations.
- Neutral Telekinetic abilities - Casso was easily capable of using Telekinesis that hadn't been known to be aligned with the dark side, this included: Force Push where Casso could easily use Force Push to use Telekinetic powers to move objects or individuals usually powerfully, Force Whirlwind where Casso could use the Force to control the air current causing a maelstrom and controlling it, Force Wave that made Casso able to use Force Wave to explode pure Telekinetic energy out around him and its variant: Force Repulse to deadly effect to those around him.
- Comprehend Speech - Casso was taught by Macero to be able to understand the language of any race that speaks it, he could rip the language and understand it from the alien's mind, likewise he could easily force knowledge of Basic into the mind of the Alien.
- Precognition - Casso had an advanced danger sense, able to predict how the enemy would attack him and when.
- Force vision - Casso had the advanced ability to look into the future and discern what was to come, he gained this ability by "existing outside of time" and is pleased with the way that the future has turned out.
- Tutaminis - Casso was capable of creating shields of Force energy, easily defending against even Force lightning.
- Battlemind - Casso could easily use the Battlemind ability, using it to argument his morale and fighting spirit through sheer focus.
- Hibernation Trance - Casso could easily slip into a Hibernation Trance, using it for healing or hibernation.
- Force Stealth - Casso was trained to be notorious at Force Stealth, he could easily use the Force to hide himself from visual sight and Force sense.
- Shatterpoint - Casso, although not being born with ability like Macero was one of the few Force-sensitives in existence to be capable of learning this ability with the capability of seeing Shatterpoints through the Force and using the Force to exploit them.
- Force-flash - Macero trained Casso so that he could easily create a Force-flash to hide himself from Holocams when he didn't want to be discovered.
- Soulmate Bond - Casso has a Soulmate Bond with Lord Macero, binding the two of them together.
Combat abilities[]
- Swordsmanship Mastery - Casso was one of the few legendary Swordsmen who mastered every form of Lightsaber combat, in a very short amount of time, being known as a legendary Swordmaster.
- The Seven Lightsaber Forms - Casso mastered all Seven Lightsaber forms, including their variants like Vaapad, as it was required in his style of combat.
- Niman/Jar'Kai - As a wielder of two Lightsaber weapons, Casso became a master of both Niman and Jar'Kai, learning to use two Lightsabers at once.
- Double-bladed lightsaber combat - Casso was a master at fighting with a Double-bladed lightsaber and even wielded one, he would use Niman/Jar'Kai for when he only had one emitter on, for two emitters he would use double-bladed lightsaber combat combined with the other Lightsaber forms for fighting with three blades - one double-bladed in his left hand and a single lightsaber in his right hand.
- Sokan - Casso was a Master at Sokan, using the terrain and objects around him against his enemies.
- Dun Möch - Casso often taunted his enemies to the point they were forced to give into anger and hate in-order to defeat their enemies.
- Saber Throw - Casso easily could use Telekinesis to throw a Lightsaber, before drawing it back to his hand.
