CT-424 was a bomb squad trooper.
CT-424 was a Clone trooper that specialized in bombs. He was part of the 23rd Bomb Division in the Grand Army of the Republic. He fought in the Clone Wars. 424 got training from a special ARC trooper that worked with bombs, on Kamino in 22 BBY. 424 later was in the Battle of Geonosis. Afterwards, he was transferred to Naboo where he and a fellow Bomb trooper, CT-423, disabled bombs that released the Blue Shadow virus. However, only one bomb was detonated, on the other side of the factory, so 424 and 423 made it out alive, after disabling the rest of the bombs.
After that, the two troopers were stationed at a garrison base on Naboo. In a skirmish between the garrison, Naboo Security forces, and some bounty hunters, 423 was killed when he was shot by an enemy sharpshooter. After the skirmish, the Trade Federation tried to take back Naboo and get revenge for their humiliation and lose at the previous invasion attempt. During the battle, Order 66 was issued, and 424 killed his Jedi General.
Afterwards, 424 was stationed on the First Death Star, but he had to leave to get some more parts for it to replace some that were broken. When he came back, he saw that the battlestation was destroyed. Later, he was part of the attack on Hoth, and was one of the troopers that were in the AT-AT Blizzard 6. When Blizzard 6 got destroyed by Dash Rendar, 424 lost his arm, and was the only survivor of the walker. Back on the Executor, he got a cybernetic arm. Later, he lived through the Battle of Endor (Galactic Civil War) and joined the Imperial Remnant, but he died during the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion.
