So in TVC, my fanon novella series, I have two non-straight couples: one is between two female Imperial Agents, Ciniriel and Marsa, and the other is between two male Jedi Padawans, Koses and Tallas. Alongside these, I also have 3 straight couples. While writing the romances in, I noticed something.
I can't recall a single non-heterosexual couple or romance in the entire Star Wars universe, including EU. Not one. And I understand that not all major franchises have them. For instance, you won't find anything like that in Lord of the Rings, but that was written in the UK from World War I straight up to the late 1940's, back when homosexuality was decriminalised. Honestly, I would have expected a bit more of this seeing as how most of the EU ha…Read more >

The fake, recently leaked plot details regarding season seven of Star Wars: The Clone Wars will be used in my version of season seven. They are as follows:
Bounty Hunter Arc
- Cad Bane, Boba Fett, Embo, C-21 Highsinger, Bossk, Dengar, and Latts Razzi are hired by a Tusken Shaman to murder Anakin Skywalker. This shaman had been away on a spiritual journey when Skywalker murdered his entire tribe to avenge the death of his mother.
- The bounty hunters' reward for killing Skywalker will be a chest full of Krayt Pearls, which sell for a high price on the black market.
- Before the Tusken Shaman will hire the bounty hunters officially, however, they must prove themselves worthy by killing a krayt dragon.
- The bounty hunters succeed in killing the k…
I've been working for a while now on a novel entitled Star Wars: The Old Republic: Resurrection. I've released the prologue of the novel few days ago, and I'll be releasing the rest of the novel's chapters on the Wiki page as I finish them. Please read and let me know what you think! I welcome any comments or critiquing!

So my "Reviving The Clone Wars" blog post has received a bigger and more positive reception than I anticipated. I can't thank this Wiki's community enough! Anyone who wishes to join this project need only contact me on my message wall. Now, to business:
It is time to begin working on our version of Season Seven of The Clone Wars with the planned, yet unproduced, episode called "The Bad Batch." The description of the episode is as follows:
Clone Captain Rex reluctantly takes charge of a squad of experimental and highly unorthodox clone commandos called "The Bad Batch."
The episode's "fortune cookie" or moral is, "The best defense is a strong offense."
And with that, we have everything that Lucasfilm staff have told us about the episode. Now, it's …Read more >
It was a sad day for fans of Star Wars: The Clone Wars when the show got cancelled before the premiere of its sixth season. While we got to see some of the episodes George Lucas, Dave Filoni, and their team had in store for us via "The Lost Missions," later interviews, blog posts, et cetera featuring Filoni and other The Clone Wars staff members revealed that much more was to be produced but never saw the light of day; all of it sounded like it would have been epic.
Personally, I do not find loose-adaptation comic books or novels to be a suitable replacement for physical episodes of Star Wars: The Clone Wars; they do not capture nearly the same amount of action, emotion, et cetera as full scripts, story reels complete with voice acting, or finis…Read more >
The awful FE puns are back, and that means more Force Exile content. It's been awhile since I've really released anything, as I was pretty tired out after finishing up FE III in the spring, along with the ensuing EGTFE/C updates. However, I've had a resurgence in imagination and some time to do some more writing as I get closer and closer to finishing the FE saga.
I plan to release more content some time in the very near future and it'll include the following:
- A short story that includes Spectre.
- The completion of the army section of the Yanibar Guard Sourcebook
- A Yanibar Guard Sourcebook featurette called "The Road to Junro"
It's a relatively meager offering, but I'll also be periodically updating and finishing EGTFE entries as well. I have another…Read more >
I recently uploaded the image to the right as part of the Golden Empire article. Although inspired by from ', mine is all my work—the product of an entire weekend of MS Paint and Corel PaintShop Pro, back and forth until I was satisfied with the final effect. It took a few revisions, and it's certainly not perfect, but I'm pretty happy with it.
(They say you need a hobby to stay sane in law school. This is what I came up with. I'm not sure I'm achieving the goal.)
As I was working on it, I started thinking that others in the same boat—want a big picture of the galaxy to manipulate, but don't want the tedium/potential copyright infringement of taking the Atlas image or the extreme tedium of making their own—might find what I was working o…Read more >

To start...I'm not even sure i'm alowed to post a blog about this from what I have been reading, but I can't seem to find any help pages and stuff! I am completly overwhelmed and confused because there are just so many guidlines and rules and regulations, and things to do and not do it is just messing with my brain! All I want to do is write a Clone Wars Era fan fic, but there are so many things that I apparently have to do, I don't know which of all the guidlines apply to the story I want to do! Please if an Admin could at the very least give me the names of the correct guidlines for a regular Clone Wars fanfic, you would really help me out.Read more >

Recently I wasn't active in the wiki due to various causes. However, I thought to something in my opinion beautiful: the "Star Writers".
In this wiki there are a lot of SW writers (like me), and there are a lot of non-English/American SW fans – and writers – (like me). So I think that maybe these persons like me could found a "club" in which they will collaborate using their language like other ones.
Founding this club, in my opinion, should be useful to those persons that can't share their stories and write together because of they nationality. I hope you will find my proposal nice and may the Force be with you!Read more >

Wikia is announcing their newest feature, coming soon to communities near you. They've done a bunch of research on popular web platforms and used focus groups to figure out why their communities are largely populated by isolationist individual users instead of connected communities. The overall health of a wiki drastically improves when users feel connected to each other, and Wikia is committed to finding ways to encourage such interaction in a healthy, positive, user-friendly environment.
One thing that was found to be missing was a visceral means of expressing interest or appreciation for the works that other people were doing. To remedy this, Wikia turned to a popular method for showing that appreciation or involvement, a simple measure …Read more >
For any of you who have been wondering what I've been up to (outside of my usual shenanigans and commenting on featured work nominations), I've been rewriting Force Exile III: Liberator. It's taken me the better part of a year to work on, given that I've been working on it since October. Let me explain.
I've previously done "rewrites" to Force Exile I: Fugitive and Force Exile II: Smuggler to bring them up closer to my current standards of writing. They were older works that showed my relative lack of skill as an author back then, and were not up to snuff. Nor had they ever been reviewed fully by my beta-reader. Fugitive suffered from a disjointed third act and Smuggler had a couple of particularly egregious scenes that needed rewritten. They both n…Read more >
For my New Galactic Empire series I'm in need of a Supreme Commander for the Empire It takes place after 50 ABY, meaning Gilad Pellaeon is sadly deceased. Jagged Fel is now Emperor, can you think of any super-awesome Imperial leaders who could fill the position? I'm currently using Grand Admiral seeing as how he is the most high-ranking Imperial left, but I'm not entirely happy with him. I've been tempted to make up one, but I prefer to use already existing characters, or alternatively a made-up relative of a canon character. ps. I'm not using not a big fan, doubt she'll survive much longer in the canon (which I'm sticking closely to in some respects).
Another, less pressing issue is the title for the Imperial Head of Government, I don't …Read more >
This is the first blog post I've written in this wiki. I think you have seen me in the recent edits, however it's necessary a little presentation: I'm Thimm Nuruodo, in the wiki known as Admiral mike501. Some week ago I created the Project New Galactic Wars, and now we are in five to collaborate. Our project takes place in the New Galactic Wars era, a period set about 100 years after the series Star Wars: Legacy. But now, let's go to the blog post!
Here, I will post some ideas I'm developing or I'm going to develop.

This one's for all the aspiring fan-fiction writers out there. Article-writers, you uh…you stay classy. I have no idea how much this applies to you. But for all of you who think "I want to write a short story/novella/novel/novel series," and haven't yet done so, I have news for you.
You're going to fail. It might not be immediately. It might happen before you even finish. It might happen years after you write the series. You might not even realize that it's happening. Also, the more ambitious your project, the more likely you'll fail (not to mention fail to even complete it!)
Confused? Let me explain. There's a few ways this could happen.
You could lose interest in the story, real-life could interfere, or you could have a bad case of writer's b…Read more >

I would like to announce that I will post, (Chapter by Chapter) Vesica: A Mandalorian's Retribution on Star Wars fanon. The main story will involve three people:
K8-Y7: A droid crime lord
Arwr Chan Ddur: A Mandalorian captian
Lissarkh: A Jedi Knight
The time frame will skip around a bit at the start, but it's mainly based in the time just after the Clone Wars. The main enemy is the Jovo Utja, a strange new criminal faction that's been absorbing many smaller criminal factions into its fold. Their size rivals that of the Black Sun.
Notice I'm being deliberately cryptic? Well if you know everything about it, then your less likely to read it aren't you?
When I have finished the first Chapter, I'll put a link here.Read more >
Today's blog isn't about anything FE-related. Instead, I want to talk about two of the most underrated authors on Star Wars Fanon, and why reading their material is a better use of your time than just about anything else you can do on this wiki.
Both of these gentlemen are far too modest to promote their own material, so I'm giving them the endorsement they deserve. They're far better authors than this wiki deserves.
First up, the fine scholar I was privileged to host the 7WA with, Professor Fiolli. I've also worked with him on the Wook, and he is both talented and helpful.
I refer to this series as GAOTR and pronounce it "Gator" as in Alli. Here's why you should read it.

For the past couple years, Jade-Starrz, Fermata13, and I have been working on an enormous series of articles related to our Star Wars RP chat. The project has, at long last, come to completion, and we're going to begin uploading articles today.
The overwhelming majority of these articles have new information unrelated or only tangentially related to the articles we've published so far. As a result, until they're all uploaded, they're all going to be peppered with redlinks. Among the three of us, we have 622 articles, and I also have 146 image files to upload. We have …Read more >
Hello! Today I'm happy to let you know that Star Wars Fanon is helping out with beta testing the VisualEditor feature. We're one of the first communities to be trying out this new feature, so we can provide crucial feedback to the Wikia Product Team to make sure the VisualEditor is the best it can be. Note that it is not available in Monobook.
Here are some details about how the VisualEditor beta release works:
VisualEditor can be accessed in two ways:
- Edit an existing article by simply clicking the "Edit" button
- Create a new article by typing in the web address of a nonexistent page and then clicking the "Cre…

Hi everyone. Star Wars Fanon is taking part in the early testing of Project Darwin, the next evolution of Wikia's look and feel. The biggest change that you'll see here—unless you use the Monobook skin—is that we now have a fluid layout. This means that the content area will grow and shrink depending on the size of your screen.
As this is part of a beta release, Wikia is very interested in feedback from us about fluid layout. This is a great chance for Star Wars Fanon to help out, to show how fluid layout is working on a fanon/fan fiction wikia like ours. To that end, I would encourage everyone to spend some time browsing around the wikia and commenting about what you think. This goes for Monobook users too; what do you think about the evolvin…Read more >

One of our very own administrators and artists, Solus, has had her art mistaken for the real thing. A few years ago, I (along with CurrentBigThing) chose actress Rachel Hurd-Wood as the likeness for Princess Leia in the Alternative Star Wars Saga. You can see that Princess Leia article here, and you can see the image of her off to the right. The image was based on a stock photo of the actress. Using that photo, Solus turned the dress silver and added the necklace. I requested this because I wanted her to have a similar costume to what the character wore in Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. That led to the image you see here.
Recently, it's been rumored that Rachel Hurd-Wood went in to read for a role in Star Wars Episode VII, so this rumor h…Read more >

While the short stories Dispossessed Force and An Honorable One have been cancelled and indefinitely postponed, respectively, I'm proud to announce a new project I've spent the past few weeks developing. That project is none other than the

For those that remember, Force Legend was a fan fiction series I began developing back in 2008, although it was largely unsuccessful and poorly received by most who read it. I was never satisfied with my work and went ahead with canceling the series in its entirety and began working on other projects, namely An Honorable One and its forthcoming companion piece…

I'm VRGuardian, Star Wars addict. My favourite part about Star Wars is the space battles, followed by the Jedi.

- My favourite Sith?: General Greivous (No question, wielding 4 sabers is awesome, and yes, I know he isn't a true Sith, but he's still great!)

So, let's begin!
I've started work on something I've called the Galactic Pirate Insurrection. This happened in 8-3BBY, and was a Pirate attack on Imperial strongholds, followed by a general rebellion. I'…Read more >

I'm incredibly excited to unveil the new cover for Star Wars: Episode I - The Chosen One! This cover was created by none other than Solus.
Before we scroll down to the cover, though, let me preface it. I originally started writing The Chosen One way back in 2007 because I liked the idea of writing a desert epic. Through numerous drafts and revisions of the story, I never quite got there. The book was way too big to do it justice; it had three parts, with part one set on Tatooine, part two set on Coruscant, and part three set on Ondos (my version of Naboo, which I also once called Utapau in past drafts). Eventually, I chose to split that one big book into three better books. The Chosen One is a much better version of what was once part one.
