During the Dark Galactic War, the Jedi Grand Master known as Jel Wilkins made a surprise attack on the secret planet of Mohon, where he learned the Lord Emperor secretly hidden his body below the depths of the Emperor's Sanctuary. While the Republic battled with the Sith fleet with the Republic war fleet as a distraction, long enough for Wilkins and the Jedi to infiltrate the Sanctuary on the planet below.
