The B-25 was a heavy long-range bomber used by the Confederate Army of the Galactic Confederate Systems during the War of Secession.
The B-25's most notable use was during the bombing raid on Coruscant. Because they were old and outdated, they were unable to be detected on radar. Playing on this, the Confederate military launched 16 B-25s, all stripped of non-essential equipment and launched them. Despite suffering an hour of heavy anti-aircraft fire, only one bomber was damaged beyond repair, with no loss of life.
