Ashla (Twi'lek)

Ashla was a Jedi Padawan who lived during the time of the New Jedi Order. She grew up on the planet Ryloth, and later left to begin her training at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum. She was apprenticed to Jedi master Lowbacca. She was close friends with her fellow Padawans Raast, Kaayl, Kura, and Tath. She built a grey blue lightsaber made with a gem given to her by her grandmother

Ashla grew up on the planet Ryloth, the Twi'lek home world. Her name, Ashla, was another name for the light side of the Force. She may be related to the Jedi Aayla Secura.

Ashla was discovered by one of Luke Skywalker’s first students at his academy, who found her by chance. The unknown trainee was there to visit a friend and found her by chance. She was sent to the Jedi praxeum and was apprenticed to Lowbacca.
