Argentyne was a female Drakonus who lived on the planet Rykar. She was well known for her musical talents. She was also one of Atteth's Clanless.
Biography[]
Argentyne was born on Rykar in 13 BBY. She was born into a family of Drakonus considered technological geniuses by their society. Her mother, father, and five older brothers all worked in technological industries. From the age of five, Argentyne found herself fascinated with sounds. Music became her passion; throughout her schooling, she took up different instruments, demonstrating an ability to play anything she touched.
Argentyne's family put up with her music until schooling ended. When her advanced education was about to start, Argentyne expressed a desire not to go into technology but instead into music. Her parents absolutely forbade it. Faced with the forced career of something she did not love, Argentyne ran away and joined up with a traveling band.
Argentyne's parents tracked her down and brought her home. Over the next eight years, Argentyne ran away six more times. Finally, they realized they could continue to shell out credits or they could disown their rebellious daughter. Given the ultimatum at only twenty-eight, Argentyne chose to become Clanless to follow her love of music.
Argentyne did not have as hard a time surviving as other Clanless; her musical aptitude helped her pick up credits. Argentyne traveled Rykar for decades, jumping from one band to the next until she met a bass player named Heirztar. Argentyne quickly fell in love with him and they spent a few years playing and traveling together.
When Heirztar found a woman of clan status, he left Argentyne without a thought. Heartbroken by the development, Argentyne left the band and stayed in Atteth. She stayed on the streets, playing for whatever she could earn. It was at this time that she met Rose, who gave her a roof over her head and food. Argentyne continued to play for credits and, as other Clanless joined Rose's group, Argentyne put together a band to help bring in more money.
Appearance and personality[]
In her rarely seen Human form, Argentyne had light tan skin and bright blonde hair. Her eyes were silver and she stood at 1.80 meters tall. In her Drakonus form, Argentyne was gold with unusually large wings.
Argentyne was naturally social. She was normally polite, but she had a temper which manifested if anyone harmed one of her instruments. She could play almost any instrument.
