I serve the Empire, not it's rulers.
—99

99, formerly know as Biw'tran'ormustun—with Folus as his core name—was an Imperial Agent and later Cipher Agent of the One Sith Empire. Like all Cipher Agents, he abandoned his name upon become a Cipher Agent, taking up the codename, Cipher Ninety-nine. He served as one of the Empire's best agents.

History[]

Childhood[]

Folus was born to a mid-class Chiss family in 19 ABY. As he grew up, Folus decided the join the Reformed Imperial Military of the One Sith Empire.

Imperial Military[]

Ah yes, the Sacking of Shedu Maad. Now that was a moment to remember. I was the leader of a black ops squad that broke unto the defense tower. However the true hero was Corporal Folus. Best solider I've ever seen. Last I heard of him, he joined Imperial Intelligence.
—Lieutenant Ripcord to Darth Tolick, Fist of the Emperor

As Folus grew up, he decided to become part of the Imperial Military. He was place in a black ops squad under the command of Sergeant Ripcord. During the Takeover of Balmorra, Corporal Conus was killed, leaving Folus to take his place. His squad then became part of the Sacking of Shedu Maad. Because of his intelligence, cunning, and superior fighting skills, Folus was invited to become part of Imperial Intelligence.

Nal Hutta[]

Your mission here is done agent. Take a shuttle to Dromund Kaas immediately. "

Finally. I'm tired of this slime ball. "
"
Well I'm sure you'll find Dromund City much more inviting.

—"Keeper" and agent Folus.

Folus's first mission was to Nal Hutta to convince Suda Malo, one of the most powerful Hutts on Hutta, to support the Empire. The reason was because Malo's forces were master of producing toxic gases. He started off by getting rare gifts from an imperial contact named Carnels, to give to Malo. Carnels also gave him an alias, Razer. Razer was really a Duro pirate who was currently on Naboo. With this false reputation as well as the rare gift he brought, Folus became one of Malo's enforcers, thus earning a room in Malo's Palace. After disabling the listening devises in his room, Folus contacted "Keeper", who told him that one of Malo's lieutenants, Jarels Travin, admired the Empire's might and that they could use him to convince Malo to join the Empire. However Travin was falling from Malo's favor, as Ten'lark was Malo's rising star. Folus's operation also caught the attention of Darth Morder, Darth Council Member and head of Intelligence. Folus assisted Travin by retrieving stolen security codes from the forces of a rival of Malo's, the Hutt known as Semo, as well as reclaiming a factory from another of Malo's rivals, Falethin the Hutt. However Travin's son was killed by a Sith Lord soon after. Because of this Travin had to be killed. After killing him, Folus needed to frame the Galactic Alliance for Travin's death as well as supporting Falethin. However one of Malo's enforcers, Kailo found out that Folus killed Travin and decided to join him after learning why. He bought back a Holodisc with information saying that Travin was killed by Alliance assassins for Falethin. With Semo allied with Red Phantom, and Falethin possibly allied with the Alliance, Malo would need to become allies with the Empire to combat his rivals. With his mission complete, Folus headed to a shuttle with Kailo to Dromund Kaas only to find the real Razer at the spaceport. After killing him, Folus took a shuttle to Vaiken Spacedock, which had a shuttle to Dromund City, the planet's new capital.
