Toral Qionus was a mercenary living on Nar Shaddaa during the Great Sovereign Crusades. He was opposed to the existence of the Jedi Order, as he believed that they were a counter-productive and selfish organization that did not care about the common people. When he heard about how fellow mercenary Jensen Adun, a man he had met previously, had carried out a suicide bombing against members of the Jedi Order on Barab 1, he wished further destruction upon the order.
A few weeks after Adun's attacks, Toral was approached by Ussej Padric Bac III in the refugee sector where he was living. Ussej asked him if he would be willing to fly a shuttle filled with explosives into the Jedi Praxeum on H'ratth, as they both knew it was a treasured location for them considering Andur Sunrider had resided there for many years. Toral agreed, and before he left Ussej had him write a suicide note stating that it was a copycat attack. It was then transmitted to Coruscant.
Two days later, Toral carried out the attack. Despite what he had wanted, there were no casualties though there were numerous injuries, some of them severe. Toral's actions allowed the holy war of the Great Sovereign Crusades to continue in secrecy, because if he had failed it was possible that the Jedi Order would have become aware that the Bendu Order and the Shadourian Order were behind the attack sooner. Toral's name was spoken with honor during the war, and after the Bendu Order realized that they had been wrong in their actions the errected a memorial for him on Kal'Shabbol so he would be remembered as a man who died for a cause that he believed in.

Toral Qionus was not featured in the role-plays of TheStarWarsRP.Com, as the bombing on H'ratth was created specifically for the Alternative Star Wars Saga.
