The Wiki Awards
The Wiki Awards The Wiki Awards are annual awards held to commemorate the best articles that the Star Wars Fanon Wiki has to offer, as voted upon by the Star Wars Fanon community. There have been four processions held since 2006, held annually. For the first two ceremonies, the Wiki Awards were held in the summertime, although this was changed by the third ceremony to take place in the beginning of the new year to commemorate articles written in the entirety of the preceding year. An Update on the Production of Ultimates

Hello everyone! It's been several months since I've made an edit on this wiki, I have been checking it from time to time though. I am going to cut straight to the point, however.

If you are not familiar with it, The Clone Wars: Ultimates is an episodic fan fiction series set in, as you could guess, during the Clone Wars era, created by DarthJaciuss and myself. Our goal with the series was to create a new timeline of events in the Star Wars universe, that could correspond with the Star Wars canon. What this means is is that the events in our series, and anything relating to it, would not interfere with official canon lore; this is a task that has definitely been an interesting one for us to complete! Aside from this, we also hoped to write an intriguing and plausible story, as any writer would.

Now, I'm sure many people - especially those newer to the wiki (welcome, by the way!) - are not familiar with Ultimates. But to those who are, and have been interested in its production (I know there are a few of you out there) I'm here today to give an update, as the title says.

Now, a question that someone could ask is if we have forgotten or scrapped Ultimates. The answer is 100% NO. We have not forgotten Ultimates - in fact we still think about our episodes and even have plans of how our stories will play out towards the end of the Clone Wars era. We're in constant communication, talking not only about Ultimates itself, but also just having a good time chatting as friends in our private Discord server.

We've worked as hard as we can on our episodes for nearly two years now, and we honestly haven't made too much progress in actually releasing them. And today, I come bearing unfortunate news regarding our production team. Now, as I've said in the past - real life happenings have forced us to put aside Ultimates work in favor of work or school in real life. This has especially been the case for the creator of Ultimates, DarthJaciuss. Jaciuss, also known as Trigg, recently announced to us that he is going to have to completely put aside work on Ultimates, which means the only writer left is myself (albeit technically also Thorun Ordo, although I believe he is in a similar situation.)

Don't despair though! Trigg essentially gave me control of Ultimates, so I'm going to work as hard as I can, when I can, to keep Ultimates going. Starting as soon as possible I'm going to begin releasing more of the episodes that we had planned. I won't be acting alone though; I will be consulting with the crew about the series. I'll especially be doing this because much of the cast I don't necessarily have full rights to, so their stories will be up to their creators to decide on. In the end, I ultimately believe that it just isn't right that I am the only producer of Ultimates, as it is not my series alone. Production has been an adventure for all of us, during which we've become close friends and learned so much about each other.

Hopefully I was clear about this. It's been 8 days since Trigg's announcement, so I wanted to get this out as soon as I could. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, and I'll be sure to respond as soon as possible! And if you haven't already, please go and check out The Clone Wars: Ultimates! So far we do have 2 full episodes released, and 2 others currently halfway through publication. I recommend giving them a read!

Alright, time to wrap this up. Thanks for making it this far! Bye!
